Honest Engine has long been known for our quality service department. We have listed below a reference price list of some common services and repairs we often perform. A great advantage of buying your equipment from us is you know that you will have a repair shop available to you if something goes wrong or if just needing service. We do work on other equipment not purchased from us but mainly limit those repairs to only equipment that has some warranty coverage left on it.

Honest Engine typically will not call a customer with an estimate unless repair is over 50% of a new equivalent piece of equipment. Please advise at time of drop off if there is a certain dollar amount at which you do not want to go over.

An hourly rate of $125 per hour is charged on declined repairs in order to compensate technicians for diagnostic time.

There is a $2.00 per day storage fee added to repair bills starting 10 days after completion of equipment.

Honest Engine will honor a 30 day warranty on repairs that were performed with the warranty starting on the day of completion. Honest Engine is not responsible for other issues with equipment that may arise that were not part of the original repair and symptoms that were addressed. Warranty excludes carburetor rebuilds which are customer authorized instead of a carburetor replacement and obvious abuse or neglect by customer such as old or contaminated fuel or collision damage.
